These heavy weight high performace blankets come with a fire retardant coating and are the highest performing blankets on the market. Designed to section off noisy areas and machinery, they can be hung directly from existing framework partitions, fence panels or scaffold to prevent noise breakout and with two densities available and two different performance facings, they are the highest performing noise blankets on the market.
The blankets are made using our unique 5 layer system incorporating a high mass core with a quilted noise absorbing pad either side, with the exterior being fully wrapped and sealed in a durable Silicone or a PVC coated glass cloth. Both types of facing materials provide the blanket with a fire retardant class 0 facing.
The Silicone is great near heat or outdoors whereas the PVC is used internally and is available with an adhesive backed binding tape used to seal any edges that need cutting and modifying on site. Both products are ideal when a high degree of noise attenuation is required.
The blankets are a modular product they are supplied with Velcro along the edges for co-joining and eyelets along the top for hanging. This makes it possible to create an acoustic barrier to any dimension, we also make custom sizes to suit your application. Bespoke moveable blankets on a sliding track system can be a popular choice in the right application.
Many clients produce drawings or templates for us to manufacture the Blankets to, we also have our own in house design team that can produce drawings for you.
