MANUFACTURE AND CONSTRUCT
in our manufacturing department we design and install acoustic
enclosures and noise barriers
and screening using the unique Isolamin  paneling
system. The Isolamin system is a sandwich construction system
which comprises of wall panels, windows and doors that are rigid,
incombustible, sound absorbing and sound reducing. It has one
of the markets smartest joint systems - the 'C-joint', resulting
in super quick assembly but also allows it to be easily dismantled.
The panels are delivered in steel sheet, stainless steel or
aluminium, painted or coated with PVC-foil. One or both sides
can also be provided with perforated surfaces. The insulation
varies in volume weight depending on the area of use and will
be either mineral wool or EPS. Due to the simplicity of the
system and the well thought out solutions, errection can take
as little as one-fifth of the time of on-site built walling
Our competent engineering design department utilise the latest
CAD (Computer Aided Design) techniques to assist the design
requirements of the customer while taking into account local
regulations. We have a wide range of experience together with
a comprehensive data bank to facilitate both design and construction.
