These are bespoke products for unique or special acoustic applications including all learning areas within schools, class rooms, lecture theatres, sports halls and music rooms and many more.

Our range of Class A, Class B and Class C acoustic panels are an ideal accompaniment to any Architects acoustic specification process and will compliment any type of build.

Baso-Tile Egg box

Description

A professional acoustic panel with an egg box profiled face, designed for adhering onto flat walls and ceilings. They are manufactured from lightweight open cell, class 0 Melamine foam. They are designed to improve the acoustic insulation by absorbing airborne noise. As standard, the Tiles are 50mm and white in colour, although they are available in various sizes and also in grey.

We advise the tiles are installed in areas where conact with people is minimal, as the material can be damaged more easily than standard foams.

Applications

Baso Tiles are used extensively in architectural applications, such as wall & ceiling panels for office & conference suites, theatre & cinema auditoria, lecture halls, studios, schools, village halls and other large areas with high levels of reverberation noise. They are applied using a suitable high powered adhesive, SCS 28 available from Sound Control Services is a recommended product.
